Indexing and Extractions not working

Problem Description

 Indexing and Extractions are not working. No errors in the log file and files are not going into the temp async-extraction directory.

Solution

Uninstalled everything (Integration Server and OFW), deleted the database tables and recreated from scratch. It appears the database got corrupted.

Other notes:
Document processors are running on a different server than the integration server. Confirmed Message Queuing is installed on both servers.  Ran the DMSAFPEngine -makeHead and -makeTail per the instructions and configured everything in the Orchestration Framework control panel.
