Problem
Last error 58217
Error purging document... copy from client
Ambiguous command. There is more than one checkout location.
User get this error when attempting to purge the workspace via document organizer or opening file.
Solution
looking at the doc organizer it showed that three different work dir paths for 3 different users had exported the workspace on this node. User told me that two of the users listed he had recently deleted from PWadmin. They were logical test user accounts.
User had also already deleted the actual physical workdirs on the system.
Had user run the chklcleanup.exe [C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\ProjectWise\bin] utility and remove all entries by node.
When he logged back into PWE and checked organizer all the files where purged.
