Problem Description
1) User does the drag and drop in ProjectWise Client from the company's Internal Storage Area (example: their CAD Server)
2) Then the Application server is notified and the Doc Table in the DB is inserted with the documents information and dms_chk entry is added with the file in a "Coming In" state until the file is transferred from PWC to the Caching Server.
3) The file transfer happens from the Client to the ProjectWise Caching/Storage Area
4) The Application server notified and then the DB transaction completed.
5) The Client is notified.
