Finding information quickly in ProjectWise Web is key to being productive. There are several options to help users find the information they need to progress workflows or review and approve work. Here's an overview of the different ways to Search in ProjectWise Web.
Quick Search
Select Quick Search to search File Name, Description, and File Properties.
Full Text Search
Select Full text Search to search text within documents and File Properties.
Advanced Search
Select Advanced Search to search on General Properties and/or specified Environment Attributes. This Advanced Search can be saved for future use.
Saved Searches
Searched created in ProjectWise Explorer and saved in for global use can be accessed in the folder navigation hierarchy. Simply choose the Saved Search you want to run and it appears in the grid panel.
