When creating a work area connection in ProjectWise Web, users can choose to sync participants form that work area that are set in ProjectWise Explorer. This “on-demand” sync will add users as they log into the Connected Project and then appear in the Team Member list. You no longer need to manually add users in Project Team Management. As users are edited/deleted/added in ProjectWise Explorer, ProjectWise Web will reflect those permission changes.
