Problem
User reports they do not have a PW Managed Workspace listed under Folder
Properties > Workspace tab, only a workspace profile.

Solution
There is a User setting in the PW Admin module that needs to be enable to
"present the workspace" in the drop down menu of folder properties.
In User Settings, make sure this is set to "on": Managed Configuration > Show datasource level options
