Problem Description

Trying to create a folder in ProjectWise gives error 7209065 "Error creating a new folder - access denied. You have insufficient privileges to finish this operation."
User had correct permissions.

Solution

Problem was with the database, it was set to autogrow, but had reached its maximum size. after increasing it, user was able to create folders again

error in dmskrnl.log:
ODBC ERROR: 42000: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Could not allocate space for object 'dbo.dms_proj'.'i_dms_proj_1' in database 'ProjectWise' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full. Create disk space by deleting unneeded files, dropping objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on for existing files in the filegroup."
