Explanation
User is trying to get Projectwise integration to work with AutoCAD
when the user opens a dwg from ProjectWise, the file opens but then he gets the error.
We found that the user had installed the Projectwise Autocad integration module for Autocad 2012
He then upgraded Projectwise to a version that supports AutoCAD 2012
This was causing a conflict
How to Avoid
Option 1: Remove all Projectwise and reinstall
- Remove the Projectwise integration AutoCAD module add in
- Remove Projectwise Explorer
- Reinstall Projectwise Explorer version that supports the version of AutoCAD you are running.
