Problem
Send to Mail Recipient is missing in projectwise explorer
Solution
The problem is, that there is a problem accessing the Mapi32.
Check to see if the mapi32 features are turned off in the user profile via the win.ini file, they should be turned on
Every operating system has a different way of verifying the mapi32

User Restoring the win.ini from backup in c:\windows\pss, rebooting and running a repair install on ProjectWise fixed the problem for this particular user.
