Problem:
ProjectWise integration has stopped working for Outlook when user changed interface to New Outlook.
Trouble shooting steps:
- User activates the ‘Try the new Outlook‘ sliding button.

- After a software restart, the new interface is showed:

- Notice that there is no ProjectWise tab and no ProjectWise functions work, also, there is no way to enable the integration from the Add-ins button.
Solution:
New Outlook has been released as a substitute for Windows Mail and Calendar and does not support COM Add-ins as stated in this Microsoft Article: Add-ins in the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Community Hub.
The integration of ProjectWise with Microsoft relies on COM plug-ins to provide functionality between the software. With this unilateral decision, and given that New Outlook is still in beta, Bentley does not support integration between ProjectWise and New Outlook.
Please continue using the previous version of Outlook 365 that supports COM Add-ins.
