Problem
A user is getting error 58096 when logging into the datasource
Mapped error code: 58096
Login denied. Checking Windows NT user account failed.
There was also an error code in the logs of 1793.

Solution
In AD the account was set to an expired date. Once it was corrected the
user was able to login
