Problem Description
When attempting to adjust the Audit trail settings in the Administrator of the datasource, user is getting an Audit Trail Configuration Error that states it is unable to load the Audit Trail Configuration Information.
Steps to Resolve
- Generate PW Admin and PW server logs
- Noticed in the DMSKRNL logs there was an error (pwise.database - Executing statement 'select * from dms_acfg')
- Ran this query in the Database and it returned information without any errors
- Grabbed a copy of the user database and imported it into our test environment
- Logged into the database to check the dms_acfg table. At that time we noticed an extra column.
- Deleting this extra column solved the issue
