Explanation
User is unable to checkout, checkin, or create new files or projects.
The problem has to do with the storage area for the files. There is something on the server preventing Projectwise from writing to the hard drive on the server.
How to Avoid
- Check to make sure there is enough free disk space where the storage area lives.
- Check to make antivirus has not locked down the storage area
- Check to make sure there are no restrictive permissions set on the folders on the storage area.
