Product(s):ProjectWise Integration Server
Version(s):System.Data.DataRowView
Environment: N\A
Area: ProjectWise Administrator
Subarea: Environments
Original Author:Molly Watts, Bentley Technical Support Group

Problem Description

After copying documents to a new location in ProjectWise, attributes that are set to a value of a project property are still showing the information from the original location.

Steps to Resolve

  1. In the ProjectWise Administrator, open the properties of the attribute and go to the Value tab
  2. Set the Update value to the same project property
  3. Configure the Update field when: to set the trigger which will prompt this attribute to update, as decribed below

Attribute is updated — If on, the selected attribute's value will be updated whenever any attribute in the environment is updated.

Specific Attribute(s) are updated — When on, click (...) to open the Triggering Fields dialog, which lets you select the attributes whose modification will trigger the update of the selected attribute's value.
