Problem Description
Changing the date format in the Bentley Transmittal Services cover letter, when in a region other than English
Steps to Resolve
- On the client machine that is issuing the transmittal, verify the regional format is set to the appropriate format (Control Panel-Region and Language)
- Modify the cover letter template in Excel
- Change any of the date fields (ex. Transmittal.ResponseDueDate) from a text field to the desired date type (format cells)
- Enter the following formula: {$Formula$}DATEVALUE("{$Transmittal.ResponseDueDate$}")
