Problem Description

Last Error 11502 when trying to copy files from network into ProjectWise.

Steps to Resolve

1. Check PW Network Configuration settings to ensure that Prevent UDP is checked for both DNS and Datasource listing tabs. If not hard checked, do so.

2. Copy files from network to desktop locally.

3. Received "windows" error that there was not permissions to copy files and was given option by windows to skip those files. Once we were able to skip the files in question was then able to then copy files into folder in ProjectWise successfully.
