Problem Description
In ProjectWise Administrator, when performing “Start Processing Now” on Document Processing, the following error displays:
Cannot open database “<database name>” requested by the login. The login failed.
Bentley.Orchestration External module has reported an error.
Solution
When using Windows authentication with dbsetup.exe, use the same Windows account for the PW Integration and Orchestration Framework services, and the ODBC connection used by the datasource.
