Problem Description
When I highlight some jpegs in my ProjectWise Explorer, I immediatley get an entry in the Photo previewer tab,
but when I highlight others - there is no jpeg previewed ! Why would this happen ?
Steps to Resolve
You might want to check it's mime type. Right click > Properties > Advanced button offers a drop down menu > Select Mime type and give it a value of "Raster" for the mime type. It will now display in the photo preview tab. The other jpegs already display as they have mime type already assigned.
The photo preview has a config file in the ...ProjectWise\bin directory pwviewer.cfg for setting to display of not display file type extensions.
