Problem
Trying to attach a DWG file as a reference file to a DGN file and getting error, "is not a recognized format".
Using MicroStation SS4 version 08.11.09.829.
The DWG file was created with AutoCAD 2018.
Solution
This issue can be reproduced inside and outside of ProjectWise.
MicroStation SS4 V8i version 08.11.09.829 does not support AutoCAD 2018.
MicroStation Connection Edition will need to be used to attach AutoCAD 2018 files as reference files to a DGN file.
