How to Avoid
One or more of the following solutions may need to be applied
In IIS select BDC site and change binding from * to localhost
For the WebServer Host Service change the "log on as" to a different account. There may have been restrictions with the Network Service Account.
ProjectWise Web Server Host Service may not start for the first time right after installation, when ProjectWise Web Server and Web View Server is installed on a Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 operating system. Restart the PW Webserver host service.
Make sure the net.pipe listener adapter, net.tcp listener adapter, and the net.tcp port sharing services are running.
Reinstall .NET Framework
