Problem Description
User has MSJ files in ProjectWise and when he runs the scan for reference tool the references do not resolve because MicroStation V8i used by the scanref tool, opens the Msj files read only.
Steps to Resolve
In MicroStation on the system you will run scanref, open MicroStation, go to workspace configuration
Find the variable ms_openv7 and choose edit, change the value to 3
This will tell MicroStation V8i to open v7 files read write so that when the scanref tool runs the MSJ files will open read\write and process correctly.
