Problem
No scroll bar on the Attribute properties tab.
Steps to reproduce:
- Right click a file in ProjectWise and choose “Modify”
- In the Modify dialog, Choose the environment tab.
- The scroll bar on the right does not appear and I can’t scroll to change the attributes further down the list
Solution
This may be due to the User’s Windows 7 > Control Panel > Display > setting for 150% display which then does not show
the scroll bar. If the User changes the Display setting to 100%, they will probably then see the scroll bar. This is due to an inability to change the size of the of the Modify dialog box.
- Close all programs
- Go to start \ control panel \ display and set the size of the text to smaller – 100% (default)
- Click apply
- When prompted, log out of the system then log back in.
If you have need to have the display set to something larger than 100%, the workaround would be to use the ‘Tab’ key to scroll through the attributes.
