Problem
User was getting "Error 55037 File not found on server"when trying to open a dgn in ProjectWise Explorer.

Solution
Examined the storage server dms folder, the document showed as there but as 0 byte file. ProjectWise Explorer showed 150Kb or so.
Re-starting the service on the ProjectWiseCaching Service had no effect on the error. However, re-starting the ProjectWise Integration Server "Service" fixed the issue (or combination of both service re-starts)
